All our windows are customized to the requirements of your house. The uniqueness of every house will indicate the price. Our Surveyor will pay a visit to your home to carry out a free no obligation assessment before we present a quote.

We, in most cases, suggest allowing a minimum of 1 to 2 days, however, that depends on the number and windows types you select. Make sure you contact our sales agent for more information. 

We generally attempt to install the windows within 2-3 weeks of getting the order, but this is dependent upon individual order and time of year.

The windows are built to survive long-term, furthermore, we give a 10 year guarantee on the window casings and 5-year guarantee on the sealed doubled glazed units.

An advance payment for the changes may be needed and then, the balance can be paid after completion of installation all covered by our deposit protection Insurance Backed Guarantee.
